1. Mango-Chicken Delight
Take ¼ cup of olive oil and add a bit of grated ginger. Next, whisk 1 tablespoon each of honey and lemon juice and add it to the mixture. Toss the mixture with diced mango, bell peppers, and green salad leaves for a vegetarian option or add shredded grilled chicken to make a meal of it.

Microwave minced garlic with chopped or grated carrots in 1/4 cup of water til they are tender and crisp. Drain the mixture and toss it with olive oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds, parsley, and red chili flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste and top with chopped parsley.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Bake potatoes for an hour or til they are soft. Cool the potatoes and put them in the refrigerator to chill. Chop the potatoes in to small pieces. Toss the potatoes with green onions, fried turkey strips, and shredded cheese. Add whisked mayonnaise, sour cream, and a seasoning of salt and pepper and stir till the mixture is ready. You can top it off with turkey strips, cheese, or red onions.
